The staff was top notch, providing accommodating service. a nice touch was the daily arabic coffee and dates available in the lobby (i really liked the dates). the hotel takes security very seriously. I safe area. the staff always greeted guests with a smile.
the wifi was difficult to connect and it advised the connection was not secure.

the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of both the bus and metro stations. this location makes it easy to explore the city. souq waqif is also near the hotel.

I found the staff genuinely polite. They were cute. They were helpful too! My five-day stay was easier because of them. This enabled me to have an excellent holiday. I look forward to visiting again sometime soon. I cannot wait!
The absence of readily available extra towels was surprising. I had to request them. This was a minor inconvenience during an otherwise great stay.

the staff addressed a slight issue with the bedroom choices quickly. the hotel provided loofahs, toothbrushes, and razor blades. the metro station was very close to the hotel.
wifi connection was difficult and insecure. only one tea cup was available, despite two saucers. balcony seating had ripped and stained fabric.
